Win with p/hop: Day 3

This competition is now closed. Thank you to everyone who entered.  Please try again with our Day 4 competition.

Mug of tea? No thanks, I’ll have a mug of yarn please!

Here’s day 3 of our competition. Because it’s Monday two, yes TWO, lucky people will each win a skein of  soft and silky Yarn Yard Gloaming laceweight (80% silk, 20% merino, 800m) and a cheerful KnitNation mug.

Day 3’s question is about Multi-Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB), a neglected disease. Very little money has been put into the research and development of diagnostics or new, improved treatment and people who are infected by the disease have no option but to take drugs which are painful and leave them feeling weak every day for a very long time. TB&ME gives MDR-TB patients an opportunity to tell the world about the issues which affect their lives, about how treatment and services could be improved and how it feels to have this disease.

To enter visit the MSF TB and Me website and watch seven year old Senzo’s video about his TB treatment.

Then anwer the following question:

How many months will Senzo continue his treatment for and how many pills does he take each day?

Email your answer to p-hop@london.msf.org with the subject “Tb and Me” by 11am (GMT) on Tuesday 6th December.

Come back on Tuesday for another chance to win a brilliant prize!
