Happy Birthday from Big Meadow Creek Alpacas
The 34 alpacas on the farm here in Idaho, USA, including cute little Miguel, join their owner, Judybll, in wishing p/hop a happy second birthday. Judy just discovered you last night, when I was looking for inspiration on Ravelry. Kudos to the designers willing to donate their patterns–and great patterns they are! I love to knit with alpaca and one of Susan Pandorf’s shawls will be on my needles later today. I donated, anticipating many hours of pleasure, not only from knitting, but from supporting this wonderful cause. I’m proud to be one of those knitters (and quilters, weavers, crocheters) who use their art to help others, whether it be knitting hats for cancer victims, socks for soldiers; crocheting baby hats and booties for premies; or stitching quilts in support of so many causes! Happy birthday, and may you have many more!!!
